About the Role 📍Location: Central London (Edgware Road & Covent Garden). Job Type: Full‑Time. Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Coffee Island, one of Greece’s most recognised specialty coffee chains, is expanding in London. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our store. Key Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the store. Manage, train, and develop a team of baristas and team leaders. Create and manage staff schedules and rotas. Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers. Monitor daily sales, reporting, and store KPIs. Ensure high standards in customer service, hygiene, and compliance. Liaise with senior management to drive operational improvements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail coffee. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Highly organised and capable of multitasking across two locations. Proficient in POS systems, reporting, and stock control. Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven. Flexible and reliable, with the ability to travel between stores as needed. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Full handover and training support.
