Remote Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist - Young Person (YP) Join to apply for the Remote Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist - Young Person (YP) role at Richmond Villages Fully remote – UK only (minimum of 3 days per week – 24 hours). Salary from £47,000* per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits. Operational Hours: YP service 10:00–20:00, with a strong preference for after‑school appointments (≥50% of shifts 11:30–20:00). This role primarily supports young persons (11‑17) and will include adult clients too. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality CBT or brief interventions to young people Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored formulations Offer therapy via video or telephone, depending on client preference Liaise with schools, parents, carers, and other key stakeholders Work within Bupa's case management and safeguarding frameworks Manage risk and escalations with support from clinical leads Provide signposting, onward referrals, and one‑off wellbeing support as needed Contribute to psycho‑education and mental health awareness through workshops and presentations Attend regular clinical supervision and collaborate with the wider therapy team Identify ways to improve client and employee experiences What We're Looking For Postgraduate Diploma in CBT (High Intensity), BABCP‑accredited Full accreditation with BABCP At least 2 years' post‑qualification experience delivering CBT to children and/or adolescents Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own caseload Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems Experience working towards utilisation targets and maintaining time boundaries Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and a great team player Desirable: EMDR training, corporate experience, leadership skills Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
