Job Title Central Operations Lead (Options) Salary Up to £30,600 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications, not pro rata) Location Bolton, Hybrid 2 office working days Contract Permanent Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday About the Company Outcomes First Group is the largest independent provider of high quality special needs education and care. Role Overview The Central Operations Team links Central Services and Operational Sites across the Acorn and Options Divisions. Working with your allocated division, you will focus on stakeholder management, site visits, integration onboarding, compliance, and support projects. Key Responsibilities Attend regular meetings with site leaders and key colleagues to understand barriers and identify improvement areas. Develop relationships, gather feedback, and work with the Head of Central Operations to address trends. Support new acquisitions, delivering proactive hypercare and stakeholder management. Manage information flow and compliance, ensuring timely submissions and publishing the weekly ops bulletin. Assist operational sites with specific support projects and report progress to the Head of Central Operations. Maintain central directory and coordinate central services activities. Report performance and assist in dashboard design. What You'll Do Report progress to the Head of Central Operations. Work proactively with central service leaders and ops site leaders. Develop relationships with key site leaders for inbound information and timely response. Identify and report trends and improvement opportunities. Contribute to team strategy and attend regular meetings and 1‑1 development meetings. Ensure clear communication of expectations and deliverables. Work flexibly across the week, including two office days, two WFH days, and a 4‑Day Working Week wellbeing day. Qualifications & Experience Experience in stakeholder management and customer service. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Ownership and initiative in managing responsibilities. Performance reporting experience and deadline adherence. Continuous improvement mindset with regular feedback. Excellent time‑management and organisational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant educational systems such as Reach, XD.
