The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands‑on experience across digital marketing, campaign planning, content creation and client support. You’ll be trained and mentored by experienced marketing professionals to help you build a strong foundation for your career. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Assist with content creation for social media, email, websites and marketing materials. Conduct research into markets, competitors and target audiences. Help analyse campaign performance and prepare reports for internal teams and clients. Collaborate with designers, sales teams and account managers on project tasks. Manage administrative duties such as updating CRM systems and scheduling posts. About You (Essential Skills & Attributes) (UK regulation note: education requirements must be competency‑based and not imply age limits) A recent degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an interest in digital and social media marketing. Confident using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and willing to learn marketing software. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience from internships, part‑time work or volunteer roles in marketing or content creation. Familiarity with social media tools, Canva, Google Analytics or CRM systems (training can be provided). What We Offer Structured training and mentorship.
