What You'll Be Doing Lead a team of installation experts to deliver "Moments that matter" to our customers. Inspire and develop the team to ensure they provide operational excellence, resulting in great customer feedback via NPS scores. Collaborate with our brand partners to ensure we are delivering to their expected standards and maintaining a fantastic customer experience. Be passionate about doing the right things for our people and customers. Take full operational and financial responsibility for the smooth running of the site, managing costs and using data to drive performance and support ESG goals. Aim High Control costs tightly in line with agreed budgets. Lead, coach, develop and motivate the delivery and warehouse teams to work at their best every day. Be responsible for appraisals, performance management and development plans of CDC Shift Managers, and training and development of the CDC team overall. Accountable for auditable compliance on vehicle and trailer maintenance, truck downloads, driver time directives – a great knowledge of transport will be a huge asset Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and warehouse housekeeping to ensure the site is a safe place to work. Manage the recruitment of the best people for our business to ensure we are the best 2‑person delivery service around. Be Real Build strong and effective relationships with our partner brand retail teams to address cross‑functional operational issues and identify cross‑functional performance improvement opportunities that will impact on customer service or operational efficiencies. Be proactive in managing any disciplinaries, sickness and people issues with appropriate support from our People team. Manage delivery partners to ensure maximum efficiency and customer service requirements. The role is for you if... You have excellent customer service skills. You possess strong operational management, planning, and scheduling abilities. You can leverage data to review performance and inform decisions. You have exceptional people management skills and experience in inspiring great performance. You have experience managing a fleet of vehicles and a solid understanding of Transport Law.
