Our client is a well respected firm of Chartered Financial Planners in Liverpool. Due to the continued growth of the business they are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planner. The role of the Financial Planner is to develop new and maintain existing business streams, and to inform Clients of financial strategies and plans appropriate to their needs and objectives. The Financial Planner will also be involved in making investment management decisions.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining Client relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targetsDeveloping and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targetsPromoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communitiesProviding financial information and advice to Clients, appropriate to their individual needsContinuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needsEnsuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally.Role responsibilitiesThe development and acquisition of new financial advice business to ensure that business targets are metSome technical aspects of preparing for Client meetings, including financial recommendations and Client presentationsRunning and managing Client meetingsPreparation of meeting notes and fact finding documentationEnsuring that all Client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusionManaging an ongoing review service appropriate to the Client’s needs in line with the business’s proposition offeringIndividual workflow and task deliveryQualificationsMinimum Diploma in Regulated financial planning working towards Chartered statusExperience: 5 years working in financial servicesCompensation Package25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday OffHybrid working once probation is passed.Cycle to work scheme10 x death in servicePMIPension 5%Bonus schemeEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
