Role Overview As a Marketing Manager (FTC) you will play a key part in raising awareness of BMT’s brand and services across Government, Security, Critical National Infrastructure, and Ports sectors. You will work closely with the business development team and consultants to support our regional business plan for the UK and Europe, and deliver marketing activities with reporting on effectiveness. Responsibilities Build awareness and interest in BMT’s management consulting services for UK central government and national security markets. Work with the Senior Business Development Manager to develop marketing plans for targeted markets, including awards and sponsorship. Collaborate with the management consulting and innovation teams to create and deliver content such as thought leadership papers, press releases, and case studies. Deliver marketing plans through various channels, including our website, LinkedIn, media outlets, and events. Oversee marketing campaigns to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Manage and track the marketing budget for efficient resource allocation. About You You will have a background in marketing or a related field, ideally with a bachelor’s degree, though other academic or professional experience will be considered. You bring a proven record of managing successful marketing campaigns, analytical skills to interpret data and market research, creative ability to develop campaigns that connect with target audiences, and excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with marketing software such as CRM (HubSpot), CMS (Umbraco), and planning tools (Monday.com) is helpful, but not essential – full training will be provided. You will report to the Head of Regional Marketing UK/EU and work closely with colleagues across marketing, business development, sales, and capability teams, as well as customers and suppliers.
