Join to apply for the Installation Electrician role at Metcor Environmental The Role of an Installation Electrician Do you have experience as an Installation Electrician holding your Gold Card and 18th Edition? Are you familiar with installation of emergency lighting, fire alarms, access control, EV charging or similar? We are searching for an experienced Electrical Installation Technician to join our team at Aylesford Electrical Contractors Ltd, the main purpose of this role is to install equipment within commercial and industrial sites. This is a permanent PAYE role working Monday to Friday based on a 40 hour week. Please note this role has potential overnight stay and night shifts, however you will be provided with ample notice and a food/hotel allowance. Key Responsibilities of an Installation Electrician Installation works on commercial and industrial properties Interacting with clients on site delivering excellent customer service Updating job sheets electronically with accurate information Travel to and from sites primarily across the Southeast to West Midlands. Some client visits with further travel will provide hotel and food allowance. Follow all electrical code compliance. Flexibility to work overnight and evening/night shifts. Uphold the highest safety standards when performing all tasks and report any potential risks to the health and safety to themselves and others to the management team. Adhere to health and safety protocols for installation electricians. Benefits Competitive salary DOE. Overtime available, but voluntary. Training and progression. The Person Ideally a clean driving license Must hold a valid Gold Card 18th Edition Must have Test & Inspection 2391 IPAF desirable Excellent customer service skills Understand commercial and industrial electrician installation techniques.
