OverviewAs a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions will be as follows:ResponsibilitiesSales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.Brow services - Waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.Teamwork - Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.Promotions and Special Events - Supporting both in-store or external events and charity events.Administration - An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.Hygiene and housekeeping - You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.QualificationsPassion for make-up and retail – results-oriented, who likes a challenge – desire to provide a unique customer experience.Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.Minimum 6 months retail experience.About the BrandThe brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG, and probably at least one eyebrow product in your bag.
