Psychology Graduate (full-time, temporary) Rochdale £444 - £475 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications) Start date: December 2025 The School and Role If you're a Psychology graduate who is keen to build valuable experience in a school-based role this could be the perfect way to enhance on your knowledge to further your career We require a Psychology Graduate to work in a specialist school in Rochdale supporting pupils with a variety of SEN & SEMH needs. The Psychology Graduate would work as a Teaching Assistant, working with parents, carers, and teachers to help the students make progress whilst supporting them with their wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with pupils, and devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, helping them to get the most out of their education through class support, small group and 1:1 sessions. Requirements Have a warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils Either have completed, or be working towards a qualification in Psychology Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning Have experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults.
