Join our client on large commercial projects as a Mechanical Senior Project Manager. About the role: Our client is one of Europe's biggest construction and building services contractors, seeking to expand their M&E delivery team for large commercial projects in Central London. With a stable history of winning work, there are opportunities to work on large commercial buildings with substantial M&E packages (£50 million plus). They prioritize a people-first approach and are committed to upskilling and training their employees. Key responsibilities: Provide regular progress updates to the M&E Project Director, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Lead, manage, and mentor project team members. Oversee the design, development, and installation of mechanical systems. Manage the total mechanical package for projects ranging from £15m to £35m. Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and engineering teams. Oversee the engineering team from project inception to final handover, ensuring high standards. Skills and Background: Experience delivering mechanical projects from pre-construction to commissioning, with a background in mechanical engineering on projects valued between £15m and £20m. Leadership experience with engineering, project management, and construction teams. Commitment to health and safety, fostering a positive working environment, and conflict resolution.
