The Conveyancer will handle all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, managing client communications, resolving legal queries, conducting searches, and liaising with third parties such as estate agents and mortgage lenders.
