A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided. Benefits Our benefits package offers 32 days of paid holiday (including bank holidays, pro rata), along with a range of perks such as choice of pension schemes, discounts at leading high‑street retailers, access to health cash plans, interest‑free loans, and many more exciting offers. For more details on what we have to offer, please see the attached document outlining all the fantastic benefits available to you as a member of our team Please note: This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK Skilled Worker route, as set by the Home Office.
