FP&A Analyst – 12 Month Fixed Term Ford Fleet Management UK Ltd (FFM), a collaboration between Ford Credit and ALD, is looking for a senior FP&A Analyst to provide financial insights and analysis to senior stakeholders. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits. Key Purpose Deliver robust reporting processes, including budgeting and profitability, to senior stakeholders. Provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support the achievement of business objectives. Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Key Accountabilities Budgeting & Forecasting: support budgeting and forecasting processes, provide accurate financial information, set financial targets, and monitor performance. Profitability Reporting: develop profitability models to aid commercial decisions. Financial Analysis: conduct thorough analysis of budgets, forecasts, and statements to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Ad‑hoc Projects: participate in special projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise. Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance controls, and improve efficiency. Skills, Experience & Background Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related field with strong budgeting and forecasting background. Ability to optimise and triangulate data from multiple sources into actionable formats. Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey concepts to non‑finance stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities. Commercial mindset to drive business results. Self‑starter with initiative and pro‑active approach. Capability to constructively challenge and build effective relationships. Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, nested formulas, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT). Expertise in creating MI reporting. Good working knowledge of finance ERP systems.
