OverviewWere looking for an experienced senior insurance professional to lead on claims management and support delivery of an effective insurance programme.What youll doLine manage a Claims Handler and oversee ~400 claims per yearDrive performance of internal claims handling and manage a third-party claims administrator (PI / claims over £25k)Maintain and improve the claims system and processes, ensuring accurate, timely dataProduce regular MI reports, trend analysis, and financial insight to support renewals / tendersInvestigate claims, assess liability, negotiate and authorise settlements up to £25kAudit claim files and ensure compliance with legislation / FOI / data disclosureProvide technical insurance advice and support risk management activityBuild strong relationships with insurers, brokers, solicitors, adjusters, and partnersDeputise for the Insurance Manager and lead policy tendering / managementWhat youll need5 GCSEs incl.
