You'll make a real difference by ensuring data and documents are accurate, clear, and easy to use, helping the team stay on track and achieve key milestones. If you're organised, detail-focused, and looking to have a real impact on a major project, we'd love to hear from you.Essential: Must be familiar with AsiteResponsibilities:Advising on internal document management utilising best practiceCo-ordinate and collate project reporting, inclusive but not limited to client reports, and system reportingDeliver training to staff on information management systems, with support from the Regional Information Management teamManaging the quality procedures for all administrative and document control activitiesProduction of the digital handover, or facilitation if an external vendor appointedFacilitate and maintain toolset for work in progress project information through Sharepoint & TeamsManage a team to deliver an exceptional Information Management service to the projectKey Skills:Ability to manage, support, motivate and develop staffAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsPersonally organised and translates goals into personal and team plansCan work under pressure and to timescalesGood knowledge of construction processes, and project life cycleExcellent technical abilityExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsDetailed knowledge of ISO19650Don't match all the criteria?
