The Surgery Forward-thinking, single-site GP Practice 10,500 patients - inclusive, mixed community Purpose-built premises with 9 consulting rooms and ample on-site parking Supportive leadership team: experienced Lead GP and Practice Manager Excellent team culture - regular coffee mornings, open communication Positive transformation following new management and refurbishment EMIS system Your Role Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) - 30 hours per week across 3 days. Focus on acute, same-day appointments. Minimum 15-minute appointment slots with dedicated admin time. Core hours 08:30-18:30. Independent Prescriber (or working towards). Supported by an experienced, multi-disciplinary team. Benefits Desirable Salary, £45,000 - £60,000 FTE (DOE). NHS Pension. 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata) + Study Leave.
