Graduate Highways Engineer We are seeking a motivated Graduate Highways Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing portfolio of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and delivery of highways and transport infrastructure projects, from feasibility through to detailed design. Conduct technical analyses and prepare reports, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, transport engineers, and environmental specialists. Use industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroDrainage for design work. Perform site visits and assist with project management and coordination. Support the development of sustainable and innovative engineering solutions. Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. About You A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Knowledge of highways engineering principles and design standards (e.g., DMRB). Proficiency in CAD software and a willingness to learn new design tools. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
