We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Program Manager who will spearhead planning, execution, and oversight of key GTM strategic initiatives. You will lead a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, manage end‑to‑end marketing processes, guide team members, coordinate project timelines, and ensure consistent implementation of best practices across all marketing campaign activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and strategically guide significant marketing programs across Siemens business units, ensuring alignment with overarching GTM strategies and driving impactful marketing plans.Manage complex marketing programs, including documentation, risk management, scheduling, communication plans, performance measurement, status reporting, scope change management, and lessons learned.Own data reporting and dashboards to track project status, identify risks, ensure quality, and measure performance; collaborate on KPIs that inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.Foster communication and collaboration across international and remote teams, internal partners, and senior management; act as a trusted advisor to internal marketing functions.Strategically manage the marketing budget, overseeing allocation, forecasting, and expenditure tracking to improve ROI and support program objectives.Build and lead strong relationships with key external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance management, and service‑level agreement compliance.Required QualificationsDemonstrated program leadership with a track record of successfully leading and managing complex B2B marketing programs from initiation to completion.Deep understanding of core marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across diverse channels (digital, content, product marketing, events).Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.Advanced proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including the Microsoft Office suite and project‑management software.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high quality in all program documentation and deliverables.Strong organizational and project‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.Ability to thrive independently and as a teammate in a fast‑paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Working Conditions / Physical RequirementsNormal office environment or remote work.Minimal travel (less than 15%).Why Siemens Software?We offer flexible work options, strong benefits and rewards, and a culture that values equality and diversity.
