Originally formed in 1926, we have a unique heritage in delivering client‑focused solutions that deliver value through our commercial awareness, sustainable aspirations, and innovative approach. Our distinctive future is defined by our ownership; Pell Frischmann is a part of RSBG SE, the patient capital investment arm of RAG‑Stiftung. RAG‑Stiftung is a foundation with the long‑term public purpose to deal with the environmental and social commitments resulting from the closing of Germany’s coal mining industry. RSBG SE’s mission is to generate sustainable funds for the foundation; so, our work directly contributes to the challenge of fighting global pollution and climate change. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary engineering team you will be engaged in projects from conception through to tender and construction, including site visits, internal and client design review meetings, contractor, and vendor liaison. Main Duties Support implementation of projects to fully meet the client requirements, in accordance with relevant standards. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to provide engineering designs that meet the client’s requirements. Prepare designs, drawings, calculations and schedules in your discipline. Support the preparation of scheme evaluations, design statements, tender documents and any other required deliverables. Applicants must already have the existing, unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of our 2‑to‑3 year graduate programme. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept applications where the right to work is time‑limited and would expire before the programme ends (July 2029). Benefits We are committed to providing competitive salary and other excellent benefits. Further details can be found on the linked page.
