We are seeking individuals who aspire to be leading contributors and who can embrace the opportunity to complete our apprenticeship funded training programme and attain chartered insurance qualifications.Create a foundation for a long-term insurance career within a sustainable and exciting industry.As an Associate Client Advisor in a customer-focused team, you will service a dedicated portfolio of clients, which may include managing renewals, invoicing, producing quotes, upselling/cross-selling additional products, and handling client queries after initial training and support.Our Enterprise businesses operate from modern offices with easy access via car or public transport.This is a permanent, full-time role.You will commence on an 18-month apprenticeship programme; on completion you will become a Client Advisor.Potential future progression within the company with continued support for advanced industry qualifications.An accelerated foundation to your career with a global leader in insurance broking and risk management.We will count on you to:Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with service standards.Speak with clients daily via telephony and email platforms.Utilise insurance broking systems daily.Manage a portfolio of clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable products and solutions to mitigate risk.Ensure timely completion of all tasks to maintain client satisfaction.Demonstrate adaptability to support colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.Develop relationships with insurer partners through regular contact to better serve clients.Through training, coaching and mentoring, gain a thorough understanding of major classes of insurance and stay abreast of new developments.What you need to havePrevious experience in a client/customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, food & beverage) or similar environment.Excellent customer service skills.Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9–4 (including English & Maths).Good attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.Ability to work independently.What makes you stand outHave completed A-Levels (or equivalent) or a university degree.Team player with a willingness to share ideas, knowledge and experiences.Demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in maintaining a high standard of work.Keen interest in working in a diverse and collaborative environment.Why join our teamProfessional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.A vibrant, inclusive culture with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Career opportunities, benefits and rewards to enhance well-being.Our commitment to diversity and inclusionMarsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
