Main duties of the jobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Specialist Team as a Parkinson's Nurse / Practitioner at Betsi Cadwaladr University Hospital Trust, working closely with Neurology, the care of the elderly team and the rehabilitation team.Working closely with the post holder will facilitate achievement of a quality patient experience, whilst acting within clearly defined policies/procedure guidelines, and codes of conduct.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.A band 6 training post will be considered for suitable applicants who do not meet all the essential criteria.About usIf you relish a challenge, have a passion to help others or simply fancy a fresh start, then Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales has all the right ingredients. Ability to produce business case to enable service development. Develop protocols for specialist Parkinson's services which impact on other disciplines.
