We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team at a vibrant and supportive primary school in Kilburn Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs to thrive in their early years.

About the Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children in EYFS with additional needs.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities.

Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging independence and confidence.

Assist with implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and targeted interventions.

Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

About You:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in EYFS, is highly desirable.

A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
