About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with EBD needs in a safe, children‑centred and structured environment. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.Key Responsibilities: Support young people in care with day to day duties and independence. Ensure all safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards are met Support the development and implementation of individual care plans Build trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Ideally hold or happy to work towards. Previous experience within a similar setting - either young people in care or family support.
