We're looking for a social media manager with experience in paid social operations across EU5. This individual will lead activation of paid social campaigns across key social media platforms - YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok - handling launch, optimization, and reporting. This individual should have a proven track record managing multiple stakeholders (both internal & agency) and integrated campaigns end to end.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity, have strong ownership, can work successfully across global teams (internal & agency), and have a good sense of metric-based decision making. You should also be comfortable guiding partner teams on social best practices in order to improve performance and processes, communicating clearly and persuasively.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Own EU social marketing content calendar creation and management, as well as communication and partnership with internal teams such as PR, Product Marketing and wider Brand team.
  2. Lead the end-to-end management of paid social media campaigns, from strategy to implementation and reporting (ideally familiar with Sprinklr).
  3. Offer insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  4. Collaborate with wider agency teams on campaign planning, activation, and performance reporting.
  5. Adopt a test-and-learn approach, experimenting with new products, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
  6. Drive best practices to maximise campaign impact and continuously optimize for performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Multiple years of experience in social media marketing.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  3. Experience working with external marketing agencies.
  4. Experience managing & running paid social media campaigns.
  5. Experience with digital content management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr).
  6. Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  2. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  3. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
