Class 1 Driver - Pay Rates Monday - Friday - £19.61 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only) Class 1 Driver - Shifts and Hours Monday to Friday - no weekends Start times: 22:00pm-02:00am - 8-10 hours per day Location Coventry (CV8). This role is commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Banbury, Southam, Kenilworth, Southeast Birmingham, Daventry, Crick and the other surrounding areas. Class 1 Driver - The Role Load / unload freight and secure loads Complete scheduled deliveries and collections (varied parcel weights) Ensure accurate completion of documentation Perform vehicle checks and report defects Work efficiently to meet deadlines Class 1 Driver - Perfect Candidate Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license + Driver CPC & DIGI Cards Minimum 6 months Class 1 license + 6 months Class 1 driving experience Maximum 6 SP penalty points accepted (no other endorsements) Over 21 years of age for insurance purposes Flexible and remain calm under pressure Excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as attention to detail 2 years of work / education history Why Choose This Role?
