We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the delivery of Wellcome's Early Careers Strategy across, creating a talent pipeline to support delivery of the mission. The minimum requirements of the role are: Experience of managing early careers talent attraction, assessment, selection, management and development. Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices. Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes. Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data. Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services. Upon a conditional offer being made, the successful applicant for this position will be required to undertake a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (or equivalent) criminal record check to disclose any 'unspent' criminal convictions or conditional cautions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The criminal record check will not show anything that is 'spent'. At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
