If you’re passionate about pushing the limits of VFX and helping craft the next generation of cinematic tools, we’d love to create the future with you.Role OverviewYou’ll explore and implement new creative and technical solutions that enhance our existing pipeline — blending artistry, technology, and experimentation to keep 1920 at the forefront of visual innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with 2D & 3D departments to integrate AI‑driven tools into VFX workflowsUse AI for:Concept art, style frames, and pitch imageryMatte painting and environment developmentAsset base generation (textures, model references, look‑dev)Roto, cleanup, and image enhancementCustomize and fine‑tune AI models for in‑house creative needsBuild prompt libraries, toolkits, and procedural systemsUphold ethical and legal standards for AI usage (copyright, data sourcing, likeness rights)Partner with pipeline and R&D teams to evolve AI‑based production toolsSupport and train artists on emerging AI workflows and best practicesExperience2+ years of professional experience in VFXStrong understanding of 2D & 3D workflows (matte painting, texturing, lighting, look‑dev, previs, compositing, modelling)Proficiency with key tools: Nuke, Houdini, Maya, Substance, PhotoshopIn depth working knowledge of PythonKnowledge of scripting or automation is a plusSoft SkillsIndependent and inventive problem‑solverStrong visual sensibility and artistic judgmentExcellent communication and teamwork in production settingsCurious, adaptable, and eager to explore evolving technologiesPractical understanding of balancing quality, time, and budgetPortfolio RequirementsExamples of AI‑generated imagery integrated into VFX workReal‑world shot examples or breakdowns preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
