What you will be doing Supporting our Transactions Manager, you'll be managing the day to day purchases of the group including purchase order management, carrying out supplier statement reconciliations, invoice matching and providing general administrative support to the Finance function. You’ll also be involved in month end tasks such as prepayments, accruals, making supplier payments and reconciling bank transactions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our PO processes are adhered to, and will build great relationships with stakeholders across the business; guiding them through our purchasing processes. As we're a global organisation, prior multi currency experience is essential. If you have started your AAT studies / hold an AAT qualification this is highly beneficial. You have a high level of attention to detail, and are super accurate - you don't miss a thing You thrive in a fast paced, busy environment and are able to work to timescales. You have exceptional communication skills and are confident on the phone. You're a team player and always ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to get the job done.
