Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Chef role located in Durham. As a Chef at ASK Italian, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional Italian-inspired dishes, ensure quality, and contribute to an excellent dining experience for guests. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a collaborative environment. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and attention to presentation Experience in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in a kitchen Understanding of health and safety standards in food handling and preparation Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment A passion for Italian cuisine and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes Flexible and adaptable approach to work schedules Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory Culinary training or certification is a plus Excellent time management and multitasking skills Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industry Restaurants Location: Durham, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
