This is what is all about.We are looking for a Liquidity Services Product Manager for LiquidityDirect our industry leading short end investments platform. This role will be based in: London. The ideal candidate will have significant Corporate Liquidity Management experience along with Liquidity Services Product and Integration Experience.This product role will work in collaboration with Sales/Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Regulatory teams, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. as part of new product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy and planning and in support of new and existing client activity. The role has a client-focused, strategic approach to develop the business case for product offerings in the EMEA marketplace through in-depth analyses on client segments, competitive landscape and industry environment.The LiquidityDirect Product Manager demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of assigned products, the marketplace and client needs to drive product growth/development and maximize profitability across varying stages of their life cycle.The Product Manager performs ad-hoc competitive analysis, market research, and regulatory research. Performs technical training, demonstration and develops user guides for clients while also preparing sales materials and training BNY professionals.You Will Have An Impact In Following WaysEffectively deliver on the product agenda operating in agile pods and across functions to achieve product outcomesDrive product requirements via epics and stories and with a keen understanding of client and business needsSupport client focused and external partner activities from a product perspective including participating in client meetings to provide product supportCommunicate product updates to the wider team and functional partners and contribute to liquidity product marketing and training documentationUnderstand market requirements and contribute to the development strategy for LiquidityDirectWork closely with functional partners including in Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure aspects such as regulations, operational elemets, risks, commercials approaches and technology feasibility are fully understood and acted upon into product solutions deliveryTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Possesses a Stay Curious approach to achieving outcomes, asking the hard questions, exploring new ideas, innovating, learning and researching to bring all stake holders into the solution to meet goals.Is Client Obsesses constantly seeking new approaches for clients, anticipating their needs and deploying product capabilities to meet those needs.Possesses a “Own It” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision and outcomes.Organized, resourceful, and able to Spark Progress. Strong communicator & Influencer, and a has passion to share your knowledge with the team.Experience working in an agile environment, Thriving Together with teams across functions.Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.Several years Liquidity Management Practitioner or Liquidity Services Product and Corporate and/or financial services experience is preferredKnowledge of any of Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, FIS, TMS, FundConnect, CacheMatrix, Morgan Money, GS Mosaic, ICD would be hugely beneficialAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
