This is a unique opportunity to support a specialist underwriting team operating in one of the most exciting and creative sectors of insurance.Your role: provide essential administrative and technical support to the underwriting team, helping ensure the smooth handling of new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing. You’ll work closely with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, deliver excellent service, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue policy documents, endorsements, and certificatesAssist with risk assessment and underwriting information gatheringMaintain complete, compliant, and audit-ready underwriting filesRespond to broker queries and escalate where necessaryProduce and quality-check monthly Risk & Premium BordereauxSupport internal reporting and MI requestsEnsure data accuracy in internal systemsHelp meet SLAs by managing workflow and prioritiesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (KYC, sanctions, etc.)What We're Looking ForSimilar role within the London Insurance MarketStrong administrative skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Job DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Administrative, Analyst, and OtherIndustries: Insurance, Insurance Agencies and Brokerages, and Insurance Carriers #J-18808-Ljbffr
