About the Role Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are seeking a talented Fixed-term Clinic Manager for our Bristol Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service. We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’, and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture. 3. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales. Ensure all team members deliver a 5-star service, with customers at the forefront of everything we do. Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic. Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members. Complete weekly reporting on operations and commercial targets. Manage employee relations, including probation, disciplinary, and grievance procedures. Staff rostering and annual leave management. Perform ad hoc duties as required. 4. Qualifications and Skills Management or supervision experience. Organisation and attention to detail skills. Mentoring abilities. Customer service experience. INDHP #J-18808-Ljbffr
