The successful candidate will have a key role in developing and expanding the role in the future. You will be working in an extremely busy 22 bedded Critical Care Unit working along side an friendly and highly motivated multi disciplinary team. Main duties of the job The main duties of the role will be assisting the anaesthetic team with procedures such as intubations and line insertions. You will also have the responsibility for teaching both nursing and junior medical staff. Along side of this you will also be responsible for assuring that equipment stock levels are maintained as well as ensuring the maintenance of equipment. Person specification Personal Attributes & Skills Demonstrate positive verbal and written communication skills with MDT/clients and relatives Demonstrate a caring manner with an understanding disposition.
