How you will make an impact In this key leadership position, you’ll ensure production equipment and systems operate at peak efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and support our strong culture of safety, sustainability, and quality. You will lead a team of professionals and specialists, and may also supervise frontline employees, ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are consistently applied across your area of responsibility. Ensure maximum availability and optimal efficiency of production equipment and systems Identify and implement improvement opportunities, contribute to the CAPEX process, and manage projects Lead and develop your team, driving engagement and supporting professional growth in line with AFI’s Good Leadership and Good Values Promote safe working conditions and a culture of food safety, LEAN practices, and quality excellence Act as a role model for digital transformation, encouraging data‑driven decision‑making and a digital mindset Champion sustainability initiatives, inspiring responsible and efficient practicesOversee and control the area budget to ensure efficient resource use What will make you successful? We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, who demonstrates excellent communication skills to engage at all levels and thrives as a true team player in a fast‑paced setting.
