We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Midwife to join our traditional community midwifery team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, covering the Mansfield, Sherwood, Ashfield, or Newark areas. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that offers a diverse working pattern, including on-call night shifts, to ensure we meet the needs of the women and families in our care. You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, delivering evidence‑based, woman‑centred care across a variety of models, including home visits, clinics, and birth settings. You will be responsible for providing total midwifery care for both high and low‑risk women in the community, offering expert supervision, care, and advice throughout the pregnancy journey. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with acute maternity services and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality care. We are looking for a professional, reliable and compassionate midwife with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement through evidence‑based practice.
