Job Description We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychotherapist/Counsellor to join our team. This role involves delivering 50-minute therapy sessions entirely online, supporting a wide variety of clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct 50-minute therapy sessions online with clients, delivering high-quality mental health support. Utilise a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities. Offer flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients, including potential evening or weekend sessions. For counsellors offering couple therapy, a higher rate will be provided. Please mention if you can provide this service. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Psychotherapist or Counsellor. Fluency in English and strong communication skills. Strong understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds within the UK. Comfortable with delivering therapy sessions entirely online. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space for conducting sessions. A professional and empathetic approach to client care. Registration or membership with a recognised UK regulatory body (e.g., UKCP, BACP, NCPS, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Person-Centred Therapy, etc.).
