Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource, and customer service to meet daily sales targets and KPIs. Daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards. Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with company core values. Promote a customer‑focused mindset. Collaborate with field‑based teams to maximize customer opportunity. Work average of 46 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8am‑6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am‑4pm. Skills and Experience Leadership experience.
