Platform Property Care – Electrician (Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment) Platform Property Care is looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team covering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in Worcester, Evesham and Gloucester. As an Electrician you will: Deliver 1st and 2nd fix in kitchen and bathroom installations and refurbishments Undertake electrical refurbishment work according to current guidelines Benefits Basic salary of £36,823 per annum (additional overtime and out‑of‑hours pay possible) 25 days holiday, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days Pension contribution scheme – up to 12% employer contribution (including life assurance, based on employee contributions) PPC van + fuel card Mobile phone, iPad and lone‑worker device provided Free healthcare and dental plan through Medicash We Want Someone Who We’re looking for a team player who is hardworking, eager to learn and has a can‑do attitude. The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable, able to communicate effectively with customers and deliver work right the first time. Qualifications Completed an apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in testing and inspection Knowledge of 18th Edition regulations Experience completing a range of electrical repairs and maintenance in domestic settings Experience working in property maintenance for a social landlord, housing association or council Full driving licence DBS check (required for work in customers’ homes) This role requires you to live close to Worcester, Evesham or Gloucester. Employment is a permanent contract with Platform Housing Group/Platform Property Care, operating primarily on a contract supplying repairs and maintenance to Rooftop Housing Group. This role is mobile; a current valid driving licence is essential. We cannot progress applications from candidates without a licence.
