In this fully mobile role, you will receive structured, on-the-job training to develop essential clinical skills, support Audiologists, and help customers get the most from their hearing aids. No previous experience is required – just a genuine interest in helping others and a positive, proactive attitude.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in getting the best performance from their hearing aids and provide ongoing supportLearn and develop key clinical skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced AudiologistsWork alongside Audiologists to deliver high-quality, patient-focused hearing careOffer expert advice, clear communication, and a compassionate approach to all customersTravel between locations to provide care and services, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all patientsWhat we're looking forWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer care and eager to make a real difference in people’s lives. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a professional and empathetic approach. A full, clean driving licence is essential, as this is a mobile role.
