Job Description Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and knowledgeable Sports Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching at a respected vocational training centre in Longbridge, Birmingham. This is a part-time role with an ongoing requirement and an immediate start available. Key Details Location: Longbridge, Birmingham Hours: Part-time Days: Monday, Tuesday mornings, and Thursday all day Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Must be able to teach Level 2 and Level 3 (NCFE) The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Level 3 or above qualification in Sports or a related discipline A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Experience delivering vocational sports courses Strong communication and classroom management skills A learner-focused approach and commitment to inclusive education Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Key Responsibilities Planning and delivering engaging lessons in Sports Supporting learners with coursework, assessments, and progression Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback Ensuring course delivery meets awarding body standards Collaborating with colleagues to support learner success Monarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
