About The Role Duties include: Overall responsibility for the cleanliness of all internal areas of the building. Oversee domestic assistants on duty and ensure time is managed accordingly, in line with designated tasks and deadlines. Weekly Rota Management. Management of annual leave. General cleaning of all areas to include dining rooms, bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms, corridors, offices, inside window cleaning and all fixtures and fittings. Deep cleaning of bedrooms and any other areas when required. Adhere to correct use and care of equipment. Ensure e-learning is completed by all staff. Ensure all paperwork is completed in relation to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and spot checks. Carry out spot checks and cleaning audits. Preparation of weekly supply orders. Ideal Candidate Caring, positive person with the highest standards of cleanliness and ability to create a welcoming environment for our Residents, Staff and visitors. Excellent communication and people skills, particularly with the elderly.
