Technology Specialist Recruitment Consultant - Software Development Team I'm working with a client who is looking for a Helpdesk Team Lead to join their growing IT team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys keeping teams organised, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll support the engineers, help maintain service quality, and make sure customers receive a consistently high level of support.
