Key Responsibilities:

  4. Support children's emotional and social development.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early years education, have a caring and nurturing nature, and enjoy working as part of a team.

A relevant qualification in early years education is essential, along with practical experience working with young children.

  1. A recognized qualification in childcare or early years education (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3)
  2. Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
  3. A warm and caring personality with a genuine love for children.
  4. Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of early years frameworks and regulations.
  7. A clean and current DBS check.
