Overview Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Victoria - £47,500 per annum Victoria, London £47,500 + excellent benefits + 1 in 4 call out CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. You’ll be working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, all within a 2-minute walk from the station - making your commute simple and stress-free Benefits A basic salary of up to £47,500 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM 1 in 4 call out Season ticket loan Private healthcare 25 days holiday + bank holidays Stakeholder pension Key Duties & Responsibilities Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across building systems Pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and HVAC systems maintenance Water systems: flushing, temperature checks, and log management Fire damper checks and basic AHU/FCU servicing BMS monitoring (hot & cold) Plumbing tasks — unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc. Maintain and update logbooks Control of sub-contractors and permit to work systems Attending client meetings and ensuring top-level customer service Requirements Mechanically qualified – Level 3 or equivalent Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled with basic electrical awareness desirable Good communication skills and client-facing approach Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates Please send your CV to Dylan Briggs at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this great opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
