This role will contribute to course and programme delivery, development and innovation, and supervision of students in two programmes: UNSW‑Project‑Management‑Programs Master of Project Management (Canberra) Who You Are (Skills and Experience) Have a PhD in project management or a closely related discipline, or have a Master’s degree in project management with substantive experience in the design and delivery of courses and/or programmes. Profound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record of relevant academic and professional accomplishments. Practical experience in the project management industry, enabling the integration of theoretical knowledge with real‑world applications. Experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level. Demonstrated success in initiating curriculum development and improvement and passion for fostering engaging learning experiences. Commitment to mentoring students and junior colleagues and potential to provide leadership within the academic community. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive approach to professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and pedagogical approaches.
