Atheray Stone are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Main Contractor who are deliver key works as part of a larger rail infrastructure framework alliance based in London & South.

The opportunity will be based in the clients offices in Central London, working on a hybrid basis delivering £50m worth of E&P (Electrical & Plant) packages over the next few years, with more work in the pipeline up until 2030.

Candidate Profile:

Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management

5+ years experience progressing from Assistant / Graduate level 

Previous experience managing own projects, from cradle to grave

Previous rail framework experience would be an advantage

Working towards RICS or CICES Chartership 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the robust commercial management of a variety of projects. This includes overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports.

You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and achieving business plan commitments.

You will work on your own project and collaborate closely with the other site's commercial team to look for efficiencies.

Administer the Contract, NEC4 various options (A to E) at competent level
