Role : SHEQ Business Partner Job Type : Permanent Location : Oldbury, 1 day per week working from home Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am-5 : 30pm Salary : Competitivesalary,includinga company vehicle, bonus & much more Job Description Are you passionate about Quality, Health, Safety & Environment? SGS UK is looking for a QHSSE Business Partner to champion best practice, strengthen compliance, and support continuous improvement across our diverse UK operations. This role offers the chance to make a real difference, while also travelling to other SGS sites to collaborate with colleagues and share expertise. What you’ll do : Review, develop and implement QHSE standards and policies across multiple business areas Lead inspections, audits, and training to ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards Provide hands‑on support and expert guidance to drive improvements Analyse performance data to shape future QHSE strategy Collaborate with teams nationwide, from labs to field operations, with regular travel to other SGS sites Qualifications What we're looking for : Solid knowledge of QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) Proven experience in auditing, compliance, and system development Strong communication, relationship-building and problem‑solving skills NEBOSH (or equivalent), Quality qualifications & Lead Auditor certification A proactive, adaptable mindset Additional Information At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
