As a Kitchen Porter at Sodexo Royal Stoke Hospital, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, working behind the scenes to support our chefs and ensure every dish is served to the highest standard. What You’ll Do Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and sanitised. Wash and store pots, crockery, and utensils properly. Maintain the cleanliness of the pot wash area and machinery. Assist with food service, replenishment, and clearing stations. Help with stock deliveries and rotation. What You Bring A positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others The ability to stay on your feet and work in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills (e.g. food safety, health & hygiene) No previous experience needed — just the right mindset and a team‑first approach.
