Package Description Supported Living Service Manager Location : Covers 23 beds across 3 sites Salary : up to £45,000 Bonus : 21% Annual Bonus Hours of care per week : 978.76 hours As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered support services for adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs in their own home. Our Supported Living portfolio is currently "Good" in all areas with CQC. We are looking for a Service Manager who : Experienced as a Service Manager within Supported Living Must hold a NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Must be able to register with CQC Multi-Site Experience Support with the growth of the portfolio Able to manage dispersed teams Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Maintain accurate and clear records Financial and / or budgetary experience Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiativeAble to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice Why join us : Salary - up to £45,000 per annum Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary Annual Leave - 32 Days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays Career Progression – We have a whole world of opportunities available within the group.
